My journey began guiding brilliant new students as a Freshman Counselor at Yale. I saw firsthand a universal truth: even the most prepared individuals need a supportive guide to navigate overwhelming transitions. This experience ignited my passion for mentorship.
While building a career in healthcare technology, I continuously sought ways to mentor. I served as a youth counselor and created pre-med workshops, always using my own experience and lessons learned to illuminate the path for others walking a similar road.
My commitment to guiding Yale students was formalized through the university's official Cross Campus 1:1 mentoring program. This role evolved further when I was selected as one of only 20 Alumni Industry Experts to coach fellow graduates on career advancement.
To ensure my coaching methods meet the absolute highest standards, I am currently completing my board certification through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaches (NBC-HWC). This rigorous training ensures my support is both impactful and evidence-based.
I founded Preem to synthesize all of my experience into a holistic method that addresses both achievement and well-being, which are inseparable for long-term success.
